Anal itching: You may be dealing with an anal fissure but pain,tenderness and pus discharge would indicate a possible fistula or abscess which are more serious. To relieve anal itching, after gentle wiping,apply warm compresses, pat dry and apply a corticosteroid ointment or cream.. See a proctologist if not improved.
