For months now every time i have a bowel movement, i have a thick white discharge from my vagina. there is no smell, its not clumpy, and its not itchy?

Vaginal secretions : This sounds normal vaginal epithelial cells that, and are pushed out when you have a bowel movement and unless it develops other symptoms like itching or burning it's most likely just normal discharge

GYN exam: pressure from a BM can cause vaginal secretion, l including normal vaginal and cervical mucous; however, you shouldbe checked for bacterial vginosis and/or infection.
