I think i have fordyce spots on my vagina labia minora. both sides have symmetrical lines of yellowish bumps that itched at first. why do i have this?

Normal: Since there is no epidermis covering the skin in that area it is normal to see the sebaceous glands and they are called Fordyce spots.
