Hard to say....: It can take several days for STD symptoms to clear up. Or it might be possible you have developed a yeast infection, sometimes triggered by doxycycline and other antibiotics. Herpes also might be a possibility. Impossible to say more -- you'll need to ask the sexual health clinic what's going on.
