ICSI: ICSI is a process involving a variation of " in vitro fertilization" (IVF), in patients with a male partner with diminished sperm count, so sex or any male ejaculation from the partner whose sperm is utilized is generally recommended, as sexual activity on the part of the male may diminish further the available sperm.
