Low dose bcp's: If you are taking low dose oral bcp's , this kind of irregularity could allow loss of protection from your oral bcp's. Stop this pack now, wait for five days, use additional forms of birth control, and start a new pack. If no bleeding occurs in the five days, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
