I am struggling to fall pregnant?

Do submit a question: In any case, meet someone nice, date a while, get engaged, get married, relax, start having 1-2 times a day during the fertile days and hopefully get pregnant soon. The fertile days are about days 10-15 in a 28-day cycle. If a couple has sex every one or two days throughout the month, they don't have to think about fertile days. Start prenatal vitamins now, in case pregnancy happens later.

The specifics: The cited average is 6 mo of trying before a desired pregnancy. If you try for a year or more without luck, it may be time for you and partner to be evaluated at a fertility center. They can review the function of both parents to be and treat issues if possible. They can also inform you on alternatives if a permanent problem is found. Check with your local doc to see what is available.

See a Fertility GYN: If you have had unprotected intercourse at age 30 for at least one year without conception, you need to see a GYN MD. He/she can evaluate Fallopian tube and ovulation status. There will also be a recommendation for your male partner to undergo sperm analysis as 40 % of all infertility issues are due to male issues.
