5 weeks 4 days ago: The official way to count pregnancy weeks starts the count at 2 weeks before conception. That means a person is 2 weeks pregnant by the time conception happens. Yes, it's weird... but that is how it's counted. All dating for a natural pregnancy are estimates, usually plus or minus one week. In real life, nobody knows exactly what day or hour a natural conception happens.
