I am on my 4th day of period & had intercourse but he didn't penetrate my vagina & ejaculated outside. can i still get pregnant?

Would take a miracle: To get pregnant the sperm must reach an egg. A sperm lives up to 3 days so you would have to ovulate by the 7th day of your period; (typically you ovulate 14 days before your period starts; if your periods are ever 21 days then that could happen). Occ. a small amount of sperm is released before ejaculation but it is very unlikely it would reach your cervix if he did not penetrate.So VERY unlikely!
