Yeast infection?: Antibiotics will work on a bacterial vaginal infection but only makes a true yeast infection significantly worse. Have your MD document the "yeast infection" by in office microscopic exam, and if present, consider a true anti-fungal medication Rx or change in MD to a GYN MD.
