Cysts: Cysts in these areas are most often inclusion cysts or epidermal cysts which contain oils and are near hair follicles. If cysts cause symptoms they are surgically removed. Infected cysts are treated with warm soaks and antibiotics. Perhaps your gynecologist or dermatologist can give you more advice about prevention of these cysts.
