What are good ways i can flush out birth control hormones from my body?

No such thing: The body does not "flush out" anything. The hormones have to be metabolized by the liver then excreted by the body via the stools and urine. There are medications that can accelerate the liver metabolism, but not worth doing. And why would you want to accelerate a process that does not take long to accomplish?
