Dr to examine testis: In general, testicle pain means a trip to the doctor right away because the testicle's blood supply can be twisted off (called torsion). What if only slight aches or pains? That would likely be some other, non-urgent problem. One's primary care doctor can help, because the details matter... where is the pain, how did it begin, how bad is the pain, how strong is the shower, is there a rash, etc...
