A member asked:

We would like to try for baby no 2 and in feb i went off the contraceptive pill. my menstrual cycle was in feb & march 28 days, begin of april 21 days & at end of apr 18 days and now 17 days. should i be worried or is my hormones still adjusting?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Shortened cycles: A shortened duration of menstrual cycles down to 17 days bears investigation by a GYN MD post oral contraception as ovulation may not be occurring.
