Not common: Certainly it could be hormonally related , but more common things would include allergies or nonallergic rhinitis. Allergic triggers include trees, grasses, weeds, molds, pets and dust mites. Many people have nonallergic rhinitis, which is sensitivity to temperature changes, air conditioning, heating, chemicals, paints, perfumes, pollutants in the air, diesel exhaust, and tobacco smoke.
