Post partum bldg ?'s: Bleeding "every weekend" since delivery over the "past three months" is abnormal, and may indicate incomplete delivery of the placenta or fragments thereof. See your OB physician, who may recommend an ultrasound and a minor surgical procedure as a remedy (dilation and currettage).
