Get tested for STDs: Welcome. Thanks for your question. Increased WBC in vaginal fluid can indicate STD, but not necessarily. However, since you ask the question, I assume you are at risk, maybe multiple partners, a new partner, inconsistent condom use, etc. For sure you need to be professionally evaluated, including tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia.
