It depends on the STD. Cephalexin isn't normally used for STD treatment. It might cure gonorrhea or, less likely, interfere with a positive gonorrhea test. It has no effect on testing for anything else: all other STD tests you may have had (e.g. chlamydia, syphilis, HPV, herpes, etc) are unaffected by cephalexin. If any continuing doubt, discuss with the doctor or clinic where you were treated.
