My period was 3 days late then i spotted a very light pink iv taken a test and it's negative. iv woke to today feeling sick n bloated and tired. help?

Pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A urine test is very reliable 3 weeks after sex (when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative may need repeating.
