"Cold sores" means herpes, blisters/sores usually on outside of lips, but unlikely from mouth-penis contact, Also oral herpes never recurs 3 times in only a few weeks. Canker sores (inside mouth)? Other mouth rash? Whatever is going on, it has nothing to dow ith "dead sperm" on partner's penis. Keep working with your doctor, or ask for specialist referral, e.g. dermatologist.
