Knee issues: Root of the meniscus is the part which attaches to the bone, if it is displaced then it is probably torn,.Yes Acl sprain indicates a partial tear of some of the millions of fibers can that make up the entire Acl ligament. Inability to straighten ones knee completely has many reasons. If you have a recent onset of that u need to be evaluated.
