UTI versus Chlamydia: The uti. Azithromycin is not a common drug used to cure urinary tract infections. You most likely need a different antibiotic for the uti.

UTI: Zithromax is a great drug for treating chlamydia, but not the uti. See a provider, have a urine culture done and get on the right medicine for you!
