BC shots?: If you received shots of "Depo-Provera" for "bc" (birth control ?) , this long acting progesterone will produce menstrual irregularities. If you have had sexual relations , the most accurate way to detect pregnancy is by a serum HCG test, which you can get from your gyn provider, or Planned Parenthood.
