Bladder stones: Stones that are at the ureter junction with the bladder can cause pain in tip of penis, along with bladder discomfort. If there is no pain in the flank, back, or abdomen, then the stones are likely descended at least to the junction with the bladder. A microscopic urine test (dipstick) will revert to negative (no blood) after the stone(s) pass.
