6 days ago 4mm stone was at the uvj (shown by ultrasound). for last 3 days absolutely no more pain in penis does this mean stone now in bladder?

Possibly: Either still at UVJ or in bladder or passed. The only way to know is if you have been straining all urine or,if you have not,get another ultrasound or plain xray.4mm should pass. It is recommended to have it analyzed.
