Circumcision: Circumcision is quick, easy, heals in a week. This will cure you. Most phimosis is caused be tiny amounts of urine fermenting under the foreskin. Always pull back the skin when you pass urine. After you finish rinse it off or at least blot with bathroom paper. Castellani modified solution is excellent. Apply a drop twice a day. OK if it stings. Sting will diminish as it heals.
