Standard swabs?: What were those standard swabs and did the MD even look at the affected area? If not, get a 2nd opinion as there may be a infection or irritant in this area. By the way, make sure that you are using a benign soap such as Dove, Caress or Ivory and rinsing your underwear thoroughly to remove all residual soap powder.
