Unlikely: At 11 wks the fetus weighs less than 2 ounces and is surrounded by fluid and membranes that cushion such blows. Falling from your standing height is unlikely to cause an issue. Spotting might suggest the placenta had moved or been affected but that would be your observable sign other than cramping.
