Im 38 weeks pregnant , my stomach went out yesterday and my bum was bleeding a little bit but today my stool is completely bloody and when i wipe it looks like liver but it turns into blood when broken down.

Bleeding and pregnan: Any bleeding this late in pregnancy has to be evaluated. You do not mention any cramping (which may imply Uterus) - More than likely its hemorrhoids which is very common. I would check with the OB/GYN just to be sure.
