Pelvic girdle pain: You may be experiencing pelvic girdle pain ie posterior pelvic pain related to the sacroilliac joints. It is usually sharp and stabbing and worse with weight bearing. Prolong sitting may worsen the condition. Physical therapy/manipulation may help. A girdle may help provide stability to the joint. Tylenol (acetaminophen) may help with the pain. Most women fully recover postpartum.
