That's not good.: Seriously, if the pain is acutely severe, or of sufficient intensity as to be debilitiating, please seek help now.

Unclear: Not sure exactly what your question is except that you are in pain. Given the history of a Chiari malformation, suggest you be seen promptly in order to address your issue.
