NO: If sperm could go though an unbroken condom they would not be very effective for contraception. Condoms are designed to not only protect against pregnancy but also sexually-transmitted viral and bacterial infections and those microbes are much smaller than sperm. That said, condoms don't work 100% of the time as sometimes they break and occasionally sperm leak out from the base.
