No, and No!: The answer in "No" to both of your questions. Sperm don't have a brain and cannot "swim" toward the vagina. There is no chemical or magnetic attraction: they pretty much need to be deposited into the vagina. And fertilization is more of a random act when an active motile sperm encounters an ovum ("egg").
