Should work OK: Some people's stomaches are quite sensitive to chlamydia; you seem to be in this category. But if it's more than 30 minutes after taking the drug, almost always enough is absorbed to be effective. An hour and a half is no problem. (If you need azithro again in the future, try taking it with food.)
