Not chlamydia: It is not possible to still have chlamydia after treatment with doxycycline -- even once, let alone 3 times. Assuming you haven't been reexposed and reinfected, something else is the cause of any continuing symptoms. And chlamydia doesn't cause kidney pain. See a doctor and take it from there. Good luck.
