I have what looks like cuts on the inner lips of my vagina and it burns and tingles?

GYN exam and: testing for STD, specifically herpes genitalis. Always use condoms and BC pills or spermicidal foam.gel.

Yeast? Herpes?: If the area is red and irritated, in addition to the "cuts", a yeast infection is the best bet. If not -- that is if the "cuts" are genital ulcers without widespread vulvar itching and irritation, genital herpes is a possibility. Either say, get care promptly. If it's herpes, it's especially important: diagnosis is most accurate and treatment most effective the earlier you get started. Good luck!
