You're likely right!: Pain inside lips of vagina after sex is likely a small tear or part of the skin rubbed off (abrasion). Puffiness, redness, and tenderness may mean trauma or infection. If you have drainage/pus from this area, see dr. Right away! yeast infection, movement, more sex, or tight underwear can make cuts/abrasions hurt more. Try hot baths, no creams/lotions, see dr to check for infection. Good luck!
