Needs testing: The most likely cause of this group of symptoms would be a vaginal yeast infection. Over-the-counter yeast medications are available and should fix the problem. I would also want to test you for herpes. This seems less likely but could also explain the symptoms.

Go to a free clinic: I presume you do not have a regular OB/Gyn or other health care provider who can perform a pelvic exam, which you must obtain. A free reproductive health clinic may be available. The cause may be just a yeast infection, but the cause, including bacterial vaginitis or sexually transmitted disease, must be evaluated. Some, if untreated, may lead to sterility and other major complications.
