Urethral culture: i would recommend a urethral swab for GC and chlamydia and semen culture if you haven't had those tests done as only other suggestions

Lubricant?: Are you using a sexual lubricant for masturbation? Sometimes these cause irrigation in the urethral meatus (opening of the penis)
