Not really: You could get a clue from whoever had symptoms first or was potentially exposed to another partner (or a shared bed). But there is no other way and in most cases it isn't possible to know. Most important that a) both get treated and b) both be tested for common STDs, usually gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and HIV.
