Tiny black specs (about the size of a grain of sand) fall of my pubic hair. i dont think its lice or some variant because there is no itching and i dont see anything moving down there. what can it be? (i never had any sexual intercourse?

"black specs" ?'s: " Black specs" in your underwear, may still be scabies (lice), so see your physician for an exam and treatment. Contact with the genital region of another individual may convey lice infections without actual "intercourse".
