Probably not needed: STDs are uncommonly transmitted by fellatio (mouth to penis), and mostly cause obvious symptoms. If in the next 2-3 weeks you don't have abnormal discharge from the penis, or penile blisters or sores, testing probably isn't necessary. Of course you can always get tested for STDs if you remain nervous and would like the reassurance of negative tests.
