Yes: Yes, you can get pregnant. It might be time to consider your own form of contraception protection besides a condom. Condoms often fail just like this example or by leaking through pinholes that are not seen at the time of use.

Yep: Pregnancy has been documented from exposure on any day of a woman's cycle,including during menses.It is less common closer to menses in women with regular cycles, but possible.You may want to look into an IUD, which you don't have to remember to take daily. These can be uncomfortable to insert, but you recover quickly and have 3 or more years to stop worrying.
