It's possible: That sperm could be transferred from the condom to your significant other's hands and then into/around your vagina. The risk of subsequent pregnancy is quite low but still nonzero. It will be made even much lower if the condom used contained spermicide as some do.

MAYBE: For barrier systems (condoms) to work well you must use them correctly.Understand that any secretion from an excited penis has sperm and any amount can make you pregnant, not just the main ejaculate. Cover-up before intercourse and be sure to let no residual penile secretions contact your genitals at any point. If some got through,risk is low but possible.
