If you took Plan B: as directed, you probably avoided pregnancy. Plan B contains hormones that can disrupt your normal cycle. Spotting, delayed period and other minor changes are common. You're so young. If you're having sex regularly, perhaps a more reliable contraception method is better for you. Dr. Anne
