I've been on sronyx for about 2.5 years now, and it's been fine. my pharmacy ran out and gave me orsythia instead, and i've been terribly nauseous.

Takes time: The dosages should be the same and they are the same medications but you will take some time to get used to the new medicine. The nausea usually disappears in 1-2 weeks.
