Same pill: These two are generic equivalents meaning they are the same medication. Both consists of 21 active pills containing 0.1 mg levonorgestrel and 0.02 mg ethanol estradiol. Its the same thing just made by a different company. Likely your insurance covered one and not the other and the pharmacy may have been helping you out.
