Maybe!: Call the doctor that prescribed the pill and discuss your symptoms. New brands can have minor differences. You could also have an infection. Check your temp. Avoid ibuprofen, aspirin, or naprosyn when you have nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain or on an empty stomach. Take acetaminophen instead (only as directed on bottle). If you get worse get seen at an Urgent Care or ER.

Med side effect???: I agree with earlier response. There can be some differences between different generics and between generics and brand name product. Usually the differences aren't big but sometimes it can be a problem. However, if you have been taking the medication for two weeks without problems & are just now feeling nauseated - it might be from a different cause.
