Been having itching, burning, and pain around penis and when peeing. today peed and nearly past out becuz of pain. also had blood on penis after. help?

Get care right now: Clearly you have a fairly severe form of urethritis, i.e. infection/inflammation of the urine passage. This is usually an STD; with this severity gonorrhea is the best bet. Chlamydia and herpes are possible but less likely. OTOH, gonorrhea and other STDs don't usually cause bleeding; another possibility is passing a stone. Get care immediately, even if it means a night visit to ER.
