STD's: You can get tested for std's including herpes at a health clinic, planned parenthood clinic(for females), men's wellness clinic(for males) or your physician can order the testing. Itching of the penis is one symptom of a yeast infection and you may have to visit a physician to get diagnosed and treated for this if the a clinic doesn't include this test. Condoms are best protection against std's.

Little or no risk: The risk of herpes from any single exposure like this is very low, probably under 1 chance in many thousand that you were infected. If you were, testing only 1-2 days later is much too soon. If it was a blood test, the expected negative result can serve as a baseline, i.e. to see if it turns positive in a few weeks. Penile itching alone doesn't suggest herpes or any other STD.
